Manaus/AM – O Ministério Público do Amazonas (MPAM) instaurou um inquérito, nessa quarta-feira (23), para investigar possíveis irregularidades para a aquisição de três veículos para a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do município de Manicoré.
O inquérito foi instaurado pelo Promotor de Justiça Vinícius de Souza, que está respondendo pela 1ª Promotoria do município.
Durante a investigação, foi averiguado possível sobrepreço, tendo em vista que o preço dos veículos de passeio Grand Siena, Voyage Trendline, que custaram R$116.1 mil, e de uma caminhonete 4X4 no valor de R$388.092 mil. O valor total licitado com a vencedora do processo licitatório, foi de R$4.113.120, porém, a empresa possui capital social de apenas R$98 mil, além de ter como atividade principal o comércio varejista de móveis, o que, para o Promotor de Justiça, levanta dúvida sobre a capacidade de honrar o compromisso firmado.
Contraditoriamente, em análise da documentação enviada pela Prefeitura, o MPAM verificou que quem logrou êxito no certame foi outra empresa cuja atividade principal é comércio atacadista de artigos de escritório e de papelaria.
“Além do possível sobrepreço dos veículos, ficou evidente, com a resposta da Prefeitura, a inexistência de estudo preliminar que justificasse a contratação, bem como a não especificação do objeto, que foi, de fato, licitado pela prefeitura, posto que a proposta vencedora não especifica marca, fabricante ou modelo”, explicou o Promotor de Justiça Vinícius de Souza, que responde pela 1ª PJ de Manicoré.
